Sarah Edna Page, appellee herein, filed her bill on December 4, 1933, in the circuit court of Kane county, to set aside a conveyance of her residence property in Aurora (hereinafter called Page property) made by her to William C. Keeves and Mabel C. Keeves, husband and wife, ■as joint tenants, in exchange for a business property (hereinafter called Golden property) located at the corner of Galena boulevard and Lake street, in Aurora, on the ground of fraud and deceit practiced upon her by certain of the defendants and by reason of which she was induced to make conveyance of her property.
