This case arises out of a dispute between a corporation and a shareholder. Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defendant Xyngular Corporation sued Defendant, Counter-claimant, and Third-Party Plaintiff Marc Schenkel for breach of contract. Mr. Schenkel then counterclaimed against Xyngular and brought third-party- claims against several individuals and entities associated with Xyngular.
