OPINION OF THE COURT. This suit is brought by the plaintiff as the indorsee and holder of a note against the defendants [Carpenter, Palmer and Mack] as remote indorsers. To a count on the indorsement are added the common money counts. In the course of the trial a question was raised whether the note is admissible in evidence for the plaintiff as indorsee against the defendants, who are remote indorsers, under the general money counts.
