This is an action for professional malpractice brought by corporate clients against an accounting firm. At a jury trial, the defendant moved to strike the plaintiffs’ evidence at the close of the plaintiffs’ case and renewed the motion at the close of all the evidence. On both occasions, the court took the motion under consid eration. The case was submitted to the jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs.
