In this action under article 7-A of the Executive Law to *792enjoin the unregistered solicitation of charitable contributions, the Attorney-General moves for a preliminary injunction to prohibit defendants New York Foundation for the Homeless, Inc. and Jerome Mackey from such solicitation unless they have complied with all applicable registration and reporting requirements.
