The appeal is from a judgment for $9,000 on account of injuries sustained by appellee in a collision between the train of appellant and the automobile in which appellee was riding, at the Main street crossing of appellant's railroad track, in the city of Ranger. Fourteen special issues are embodied in the court's main charge, in which issues of negligence in the operation of the train by appellant and issues of contributory negligence on the part of appellee are included.
