CURTIS, Circuit Justice.

This is a bill in equity, filed by the next of kin and dis-tributees, according to the law of Rhode Island, against the defendant, as administrator of the intestate estate of the- late James Fenner. The cause came on to be heard on the pleadings and. evidence; and it appears that the scope of the bill is, to open certain administration accounts which have been settled in the probate court, upon the ground of fraud, and also to require an account of the residue of the administration not embraced in those settled accounts.
