District Court, W.D. Louisiana
1Opinion of the Court
DAWKINS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs brought this suit in the Fourth district court of Louisiana, to have annulled a certain lease for oil and gas upon lands situated in the parish of Union. Defendant removed the case here upon the ground of diverse citizenship, and it has been submitted upon a stipulation to be decided at chambers in vacation.
