—In an action, inter alia, for specific performance, injunctive relief and a declaratory judgment concerning a sublease, defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Reed, J.), dated November 14, 1984, which denied its cross motion for a *432dismissal of the complaint and summary judgment, and granted plaintiff summary judgment, declaring, inter alia, that said sublease remains in full force and effect and is renewed for a term of five years commencing January 1, 1985, and permanently enjoining defendant from taking any steps to evict plaintiff from possession.
