for the Court:

This matter came before the Court, en banc, after granting petitioner’s application for writ of certiorari. We are asked to review whether appellant/defendants were properly held jointly and severally liable and whether an award of punitive damages against both was properly assessed against only Precision Interlock Log Homes, Inc. We affirm the decision of the Court of Appeals upholding the awards of compensatory and punitive damages, but reverse and remand to the trial court for consideration of whether or not…
