This bill is filed by Winston, and a hundred or more of the taxpayers of Smith County, on behalf of themselves and other taxpayers of said county, to have an order of the County Court of said county declared *64void, submitting tlie question of subscriptions of $300,000 to the Tennessee & Pacific Railroad Co. to a vote of the people of the county, as well as all the proceedings under said order; and also to enjoin the County Court from issuing the bonds of the county for said sum, and the levy of any taxes to pay interest on the bonds, with a prayer for general relief.
