Application for an order under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, directing the County Treasurer of the County of Nassau to receive taxes on a parcel of land and to issue receipts therefor.
The petitioner claims to be the owner of a parcel of land and buildings thereon at Massapequa, Nassau County, New York. Although the petition fails to set forth that the premises were sold for taxes, it is apparent therefrom that such was the fact.
