Chester Lemar Scott appeals his judgment and sentence for conspiracy to traffic in cocaine over 400 grams,1 raising a single issue relating to the authority of the Office of Statewide Prosecution (“OSP”) to prosecute him for the offense which, he contends, occurred only in Marion County.
