Error to Kent; Brown (William B.), J. Assumpsit by the county of Kent against Alexander E. Krakowski, principal, and the Southern Surety Company, surety, on a bond. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendant surety company brings error.

This is a companion case with City of Grand Rapids v. Krakowski, ante, 483, in the particular that defendants and bond sued upon are the same, and reference may be made to that case for a general statement of the situation so far as relates to Krakowski’s official position, duties and delinquencies, the nature of the bond involved and the defendant insurance company’s relations with him as his surety.
