State Ex Rel. Larson v. City of Vancouver

(concurring) — I concur in the result reached herein. But I protest against overruling Loveless v. Chehalis, 133 Wash. 33, 233 Pac. 301, which is a judicial vacillation entirely needless. This case is decidedly distinguishable upon the law and the facts, the statutes not being set forth in full in the prevailing opinion. From that part of the decision I dissent.
