The defendants in this personal injury case have moved to compel plaintiffs’ counsel to disclose two documents which had been furnished by counsel to plaintiffs’ medical expert witness; Both documents were prepared by plaintiffs’ counsel, Gene E. Goldenziel, Esquire, in connection with this case. The first is a proposed expert’s report dated December 20,1988, which was prepared by plaintiff’s attorney and subsequently retyped verbatim and signed by the expert and produced to defense counsel as the plaintiffs’ expert’s report.
