OPINION

WILL, District Judge.

The plaintiffs in this suit attack the constitutionality of the divorce laws of the State of Illinois. They contend that certain aspects of these laws are so vague *100on their face as to be unconstitutional and that other provisions, albeit fair on their face, are applied by the “public authority” with an unequal hand so as to violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The plaintiffs, Koehler and America’s Society of Divorced Men, Inc., sue individually, as representatives of all Illinois members of the corporate plaintiff, and as representatives…
