This' is an original action to review an order and award of the State Industrial Commission made on May 21, 1931, on the ground of change of condition, in favor of the respondent W. A. Perry, who was employed by petitioner Williams Brothers, Inc., as a laborer on a pipe line, at the time of the receipt of his original injury. On July 26, 1930, said respondent received an accidental personal injury arising out of and in the course of his employment as a result of lifting a five-foot steel gas gate.
