FICKLING, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from appellant’s jury trial conviction for taking indecent liberties with a minor child in violation of D.C. Code 1973, § 22-3501 (a). The primary issue on appeal is whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain the conviction.1 Appellant contends (1) that the testimony of the six-year-old complainant reflects a lack of perception, recollection, understanding, and responsiveness which renders the weight of her testimony negligible as a matter of law, and (2) that there was insufficient corroborative evidence of complainant’s testimony to sustain…
