(“Micron”) moves the Court to either reconsider its March 28, 2016 Order or certify the Order for interlocutory appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1292(b), ECF No. 97, and the Plaintiff Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (“University”) moves again for injunctive relief, ECF No. 108, and for default judgment, ECF No. 121.
