This appeal is from a judgment of conviction for the crime of forgery in the first degree, rendered by the District Court of Seminole county, on the 28th day of January, 1914, wherein Jimmie Cudjoe, plaintiff in error was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for the term of seven years. The information charged Jimmie Cudjoe, and Willie Barkus, with forging a warranty deed, purporting to convey the following described land in Seminole county: The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section eleven, township five, north, of range five east.
