Consolidated before us are two appeals by JP Morgan Chase Bank (“JP Morgan”). JP Morgan challenges the District Court’s order affirming the Bankruptcy Court’s decision to reduce claims filed by JP Morgan, the trustee for the holders of certain certificates, after objections were filed by the U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S.Bank”), the indenture trustee for the holders of certain more senior notes.
