Plaintiffs Rocco Marini (“Marini”), Josephine Marini (“Mrs. Marini” or “Josephine”), and T & R Knitting Mill, Inc. (“T & R” or “T & R Knitting”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) brought this action against defendants Harold Adamo, Jr. (“Adamo”), Lisa Adamo (“Mrs. Adamo” or “Lisa”), The Bolton Group, Inc.
