Michael Goldstein filed suit against Rox-borough Real Estate, LLC, (“RRE”) and Brenda Hopkins, an RRE employee, in the New Jersey Superior Court. The defendants removed the action to federal, court. Goldstein filed a motion to remand based on lack of diversity. He also submitted an amended complaint in which he presented claims relating to the failed real estate ventures of four limited partnerships.
