REINHARD, Judge.

Defendant appeals after he was convicted by a jury of one count of second degree assault, § 565.060, RSMo 1994, and one count of third degree assault, § 565.070, RSMo 1994. The court found defendant to be a prior offender and sentenced him to a prison term of five years for assault in the second degree and a concurrent prison term of one year for assault in the third degree. Defendant also appeals the denial, without an evi-dentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.
