This cause was before us at a former term. With the opinion then filed (111 Ill. 185) will be found a statement of the facts to that time. Upon the remandment to the circuit court of Cook county for further proceedings in conformity with the views then expressed, a decree was then entered referring the cause to a master to take the evidence and state an account. Before any action was taken by him, a hearing was had before the court and a second decree rendered, dated August 3, 1889, which defined the legal rights of the parties and directed the master to state the account in conformity…
