Appellant, Thomas Lee Spruill, was indicted for possession of cocaine and, after entering into a plea agreement with the State, was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for three years. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.115(b) (West 2010); Tex.Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 42.12, §§ 8(a), 15 (West Supp.2011).
