Plaintiff bought, at partition sale under the orders of ''the CiTil District Court, on the 4th of May, 1916, a certain piece of property on Annette street, consisting of a double cottage, and on the following day, the 6th of May, 1916, insured the property with defendant oompany for the sum of $800.00.
