Debtor is an individual whose voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”) lists seven apartment buildings as his principal assets. Mercury Capital Corporation (“Mercury”) claims to be owed in excess of $1 million and may be debtor’s largest creditor.
