TRIEBER, District Judge.
This is a writ of error prosecuted by the defendant in the court below, to reverse a judgment entered upon a verdict of a jury in favor of the defendant in error, for injuries sustained in an accident, while in the employ of the defendant. For convenience the parties will be referred to as they appeared in the court helow.
