Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Cobb, J.), entered October 19, 1984 in Schenectady County, which, inter alia, granted defendant Eleonore Hinse’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint against her.

On or about April 17, 1968, defendant Dr. Eleonore Hinse commenced treating plaintiff Marilyn Bikowicz (hereinafter plaintiff) for migraine headaches by prescribing injections of Talwin.
