Appellant, a seventeen-year-old male who resides on the Fort Knox military reservation, appeals the district court’s finding of juvenile delinquency under the Juvenile Delinquency Act (“JDA”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 5031-42, following his plea of admission. All of the incidents which gave rise to this action, and which ultimately resulted in appellant’s detention until the age of majority, occurred on the military base.
