Thomas Wideman (claimant) appeals from a denial of unemployment compensation benefits by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) on the grounds of willful misconduct and violation of Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Act). The Board in this case reversed the referee’s award of benefits and made new findings of fact.
