Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Comptroller denying petitioner’s applications for accidental and State Police disability retirement benefits.
Petitioner, a State Trooper, was injured when he slipped and fell while investigating a motor vehicle accident in November 2002.
