WIGGINS, Justice.

The district court revoked the defendant's deferred judgment and probation and sentenced him to serve a maximum of twenty-five years in prison and pay restitution. On appeal, we find the district court did not abuse its discretion in revoking the defendant's deferred judgment and probation or in ordering the defendant to serve the twenty-five-year sentence he would have served had the court not granted a deferred judgment.
