This is an action under Section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (1964), to enjoin violation of the overtime and record-keeping provisions of the Act and to restrain withholding of payment of overtime compensation *1107found to be due employees under the Act.
