*254 ¶1 This case concerns application of the Social Security Act's antiattachment statute, 42 U.S.C. § 407 (a), in the context of mandatory legal financial obligations imposed on a convicted felon. Specifically, the issue is whether under the circumstances of this case, the trial court's imposition of mandatory legal financial obligations violates the antiattachment statute.
