MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case in tort arises from an accident which occurred August 5, 1972. .Plaintiff, Lyle Munson, was engaged at *620that time as a sandblaster for third-party defendant Communication Systems & Maintenance Corporation (CSM), of which he was also vice-president. CSM had been retained by defendant Liberty Hall Realty Company to do sandblasting on an old building in Frederiksted, St. Croix, Liberty Hall, which that company had recently purchased with the intention of remodeling and renovating it.
