This action was brought for the purpose of foreclosing a mechanic’s lien against the real estate owned by the city of Ellinwood. The defendant prevailed, and the plaintiff appeals.

The appellant is a corporation- with its principal place of business at Batavia, 111., with a branch office at Kansas City, Mo., and, as jobbers, handle the Pomona pump, which is the pump under consideration in this case.
