This action was instituted in the district court of Logan county by Charlie W. Jones against Arthur W. Jones and his wife to establish a constructive trust in land. Judgment was for defendants, and plaintiff appeals.

The appeal seeks reversal on the ground that the judgment was against the clear weight of the evidence.
