On appeal from a decree of the court of chancery advised by Vice-Chancellor Eeed, who filed the following conclusions: This is a s-uit to foreclose a mortgage upon propert]r known as Oyster island and Bobbins reef, lying in New York harbor, in the county of Hudson. It is admitted that the mortgage was duly executed, and that by its terms the amount of the principal sum, with interest, is now due.
