OPINION

FEDERICO G. HINOJOSA, Jr., Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of capital murder. The State elected not to pursue the death penalty, and the trial court assessed punishment at life imprisonment. By a single point of error, appellant complains that the evidence is insufficient to support the jury’s vei’dict. We find the evidence insufficient and reverse the trial court’s judgment.
