On June 13, 1893, Alvab Waterman entered into a written agreement witb George King for the sale to the latter of 240 acres of land situate in Douglas county. The following is a copy of said contract:
<fArticles of agreement, made and entered into this 13th day of June, 1893, by and between Alvah Waterman, of Elkhorn precinct, of Douglas county, Nebraska, of the first part, and George King, of Wisner, Nebraska, of the second part, witness:
