In an action to declare certain local laws null and void and for injunctive relief, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 20, 1974, which denied their motion for a preliminary injunction and granted defendants’ motions to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a cause of action. Order affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements jointly to respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs. No opinion. Rabin, Acting P.
