This appeal has been taken by A-l Motors, Inc. (Employer) under the provisions of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §1 et seq. A referee’s decision, affirmed by the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board), denied the Employer’s petition to modify an award of compensation for total disability to Wilbur A. Barrick (Claimant).
