R. L. Nolan filed a suit in equity against Southland Loan & Investment Company seeking to cancel and to enjoin the enforcement of three judgments rendered in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff, in the municipal court of Atlanta. The defendant filed a general demurrer, which the court sustained, and the plaintiff excepted. The grounds upon which the plaintiff sought the equitable relief were that the defendant in its transactions with the plaintiff was acting as a licensee under the act of August 17, 1920 (Ga.
