OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

This is a bailment case. This lawsuit was brought by James J. Casey and his employer, A & A Meat Company, against Maximilliano Garza, his employer, Barkley Feed & Seed Company, Ernest Barkley, Jr. and James L. Donaldson for personal injuries and property damages arising out of a collision between a tractor-trailer truck driven by Casey and a similar vehicle driven by Garza.
