The board of tax supervisors of Green county fixed the value of the shares of stock of the Greensburg Deposit Bank for taxation for the year 1928 at the sum of $80,900. From the action of the board the commonwealth and Green county appealed to the Green quarterly court, which sustained the action of the board. From the action of the quarterly court the commonwealth and Green county appealed to the circuit court.
