OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant, Anthony Wilson, appeals from his conviction and sentence for complicity to commit felonious assault.

{¶ 2} In the early morning hours of May 29, 2007, Eugene

Talbott and several of his friends were sitting on the steps of the apartment building at 62 Central Avenue in Dayton. They saw a female, Timmesha Manson, exit an apartment building located across the street at 39 Central Avenue. Manson was stumbling and vomiting, and appeared to be sick or drunk.
