T1 Appellant, Michael Elmer Nelson, appeals the trial court's denial of his objections to, and its approval of, the final account and petition for distribution filed by Appellee, Deborah L. Billings, Personal Representative of the Estate of Luther Elmer Nelson, deceased. We reverse with directions.
BACKGROUND
